Waterway Cottage

Beautiful and will be back soon!!! Positive: The location, view, sunset/sunrise, close proximity to Emerald Isle Beach, and a ton of awesome restaurants! And the owner/neighbor, George, was an added bonus! LOL :) we will be back soon!!!

The place was great! Well decorated and comfortable. I lost my keys at checkout time. I messaged the owner's and they told me not to worry about the checkout time. They were responsive and as helpful as they could be! I highly recommend this spot!

Had all the essentials for a great Thanksgiving get together. Not a better place to watch the Swansboro Christmas boat flotilla!! We watched from the spacious screened porch and the property’s private dock. Staying at this cottage for Thanksgiving could become a family tradition!

Great location!! Absolutely beautiful views. Hone was well stocked with everything you could think of. Swimming and fishing on site was wonderful, boat dock available. People were friendly and responded quickly to the few issues we had. The only negative thing was the screen doors on the house and screened in porch did not latch. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again.
